Our private yoga sessions are intentionally crafted to help you drop into your body, awaken your feminine power, and create space for healing — physically, emotionally, and spiritually. This is more than just yoga. It’s sacred self-care. Whether you’re craving deep pelvic restoration, sensual movement, chakra balancing, or a personalized flow designed just for your needs — these 1-on-1 sessions are your invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and come home to yourself. Each session includes: • A gentle, customized yoga flow • Breathwork & guided meditation • Pelvic, sacral, or chakra-focused movement (as needed) • A safe space for emotional release and embodied healing • A post-session reflection & wellness check-in Virtual and in-person options available. Cancellation Policy
Scheduling: All sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance through the online booking form. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your session details. Cancellation & Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. Cancellations made with proper notice can be credited or rescheduled within the same calendar month. No-Shows: If you miss your session without canceling at least 24 hours in advance, a non-refundable $5 fee will be required before booking your next session. Late Policy: There is a 15-minute grace period. After that, the session will continue with the remaining time only. No additional time will be added for late arrivals. Health & Safety: Please inform me of any injuries, health concerns, or limitations before your session begins. For in-person sessions, if you’re feeling unwell, please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Respect & Confidentiality: Each session is a sacred space. Everything shared is held with care, love, and full confidentiality.
