This is for the women who need a moment to breathe, melt, and just be. We move slow. We rest deep. We reclaim our softness.
Join us for a 45-minute restorative yoga class focused on pelvic healing, gentle stretches, breathwork, and deep release. Perfect for tired bodies, tender hearts, and heavy energy.
