Koochie Yoga is a gentle, womb-centered practice focused on the sacral chakra—your inner well of creativity, pleasure, and emotional release. Now, with the soothing energy of water all around you, your healing goes even deeper.

🧘‍♀️ What to Expect:

• A slow, intentional 30-minute yoga flow (poolside)

• Deep pelvic + hip-opening movement to restore flexibility and ease

• A guided sacral chakra meditation

• Reflective journal prompts centered on sensuality, healing, and feminine power

• Optional pool time afterward to cleanse, float, and feel free

• A safe, supportive, and empowering space for all bodies

💦 What to Bring:

• A yoga mat and towel

• A swimsuit (we’ll be poolside + optional dip afterward)

• A bottle of water

• Your favorite journal + pen

• Comfortable clothes you can move and breathe in

• Sunscreen or hat if needed
